Hilton Cluster Sales Manager - Hilton Hotels in Yas Island (UAE Nationals) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

The Cluster Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a sales team across multiple properties in a geographic region. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

What will I be doing?

As a Cluster Sales Manager - you will analyse local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets across multiple properties

  • Manage a sales team, providing leadership and direction to ensure that team members are motivated and productive.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, including attending industry events and conferences as required.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and action plans.

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals, and negotiate contracts with customers.

  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure that customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer information, sales reports, and inventory levels.

  • Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain and analyze complex data sets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to various properties in the region as required.
