About the role

We have an unique full-time Sous Chef position available. We are looking for someone who will ensure our guests are provided with the best culinary experience. With a focus on the food quality and food safety procedures, this role is the perfect fit for a chef who is well-seasoned in the arts of culinary.

What we are looking for

  • 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Certificate/qualification of accredited cookery course and food hygiene course
  • Availability to attend rotating rostered shifts and also during the weekend
  • Enthusiasm, positivity and passion to provide exceptional culinary experience
  • Resort and hotel experience highly advantageous
  • Proven experience within a large kitchen operation
  • Strong supervisory skills
  • Great communication skills and teamwork
  • Health and safety conscious mindset
  • You must be eligible to work in New Zealand
