As a Sales Trainee in Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona you will work with specific focus on supporting the team to ensure the successful organization & operation of all activities to deliver end results & support Hilton Worldwide Sales key initiatives.

What will I be doing?

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Consolidate the data base of all market segments – Groups, Leisure, Corporote
• Support the team in the research of new markets, clients, congresses (national and international).
• Support the Sales Directors in the preparation of famtrips or site inspections (flyers, gifts, further details)
• Accompany the Sales Directors during sales events – famtrips, site inspections, cocktails, etc.
• Update client information in sales system – Delphi
• Collaborate during sales activities (race day, BBOB..,)
• Update the internal Sales Report and consolidate all necessary information
• Support the Sales Analyst in her daily activities

A Sales intern is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills and values that follow:

• It is necessary to be studying a degree or course related to this internship opportunity
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• English and Spanish fluently, other languages is a plus

To do an internship in our hotel is necessary to be able to formalize an internship agreement with an university or school.
