We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Concierge Porter. As a porter at the Hilton Brisbane you are the first and last face the guest sees when staying at the Hotel. What will I be doing?

A Porter is responsible for ensuring the exceptional arrival, departure and in-house experience for our guests. They go above and beyond to assist guests with luggage, valet, transport and any other enquiries or needs they might have throughout their stay.

• Valet Park guests’ cars, including luxury vehicles and manage the car park space.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling from their vehicles to their rooms.

• Provide directions and recommendations to guests regarding local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options

• Collaborate with other hotel team and departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

What are we looking for?

This position is for Australian residents only or applicants who have the legal right to work in Australia, visa sponsorship opportunities are not available.
