Position Summary 职位概述
Be responsible for implementation of policies,standards and procedures.

Ensure the correct operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical services.

Provide technical support and advice as necessary and assist with the fault diagnosis.

Arrange maintenance service and follow maintenance requests from each department.

Assume responsibility for monitoring services, plant and building performance.

Maintain Duty Logbook and follow up with incomplete work immediately.

Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
