Our Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant - Gordon Ramsay - invites its guests to a feast for the senses to enjoy exquisite French cuisine in a poetic setting overlooking the Palace of Versailles Park.

Our restaurant is exclusively open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner.

We are looking for a waiter/runner M/F to join the fantastic kitchen team at our Michelin-starred Gordon Ramsay gourmet restaurant.

The opportunity for you to exercise your passion in an internationally renowned luxury establishment and to learn alongside a chef seeking to push his limits with the aim of obtaining a second star!

All this, in an exceptional working environment where the room and the kitchen offer you a view of the Park of the Château de Versailles.

• Permanent position to be filled
• Salary to be defined according to profile
• 39 hours/week - from 3:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m.

Your missions

• Is under the direction of the Room Manager and the room team as well as the Chef and the kitchen teams,
• Maintenance and preparation of equipment for the room and kitchen,
• Be guarantor of customer satisfaction,
• Go back and forth between the kitchen and the room,
• Floor cleaning,
• Application of standards, production procedures and HACCP hygiene standards in force within the hotel.

Required profile

• You have identical experience of at least 1 year in a restaurant of the same category
• Sense of relationships and team spirit,
• Sense of contact and service,
• Sense of detail and quality,
• Ability to listen and dialogue,
• Strong organizational and precision skills,
• Mastery of French and English,
• Authorization to work in France required
