Hilton Reservations Agent - Trianon Palace - Versailles (H/F) in de, France
As a Reservation Agent, your missions will be the management, monitoring and control of all reservations
Missions:
- Receive and process all reservation requests from accommodation and catering customers
- Advice and guidance for the customer in their choices, using upsell techniques,
- Personalization of the stay and anticipation of customer requests ahead of their stay to ensure an exceptional stay,
- Management of reservations and monitoring of files, payments for all reservations received through the different channels: telephone, e-mail, etc.,
- Promotion of the various hotel services and activities around the hotel in order to anticipate requests
- Ensure that you provide quality telephone reception and written exchanges and comply with all Waldorf Astoria standards
- Monitor, in close collaboration with the various hotel departments, the organization of the customer journey
Required profile :
- Excellent presentation, you are characterized by your dynamism, your interpersonal skills, your rigor and your attention to detail.
- Preferably a graduate in hospitality/catering, you have initial experience as a reservation agent or receptionist
- Fluent French/English required
- Knowledge of Hilton Worldwide management systems will be a plus
