Hilton Airport Manager in Gurugram, India

An Airport Manager ensures a high level of customer service in terms of welcoming guests at the airport.

What will I be doing?

As an Airport Manager, you will assist guests with various requests and enquiries such as transportation, hotel accommodations and other information or assistance they may require. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Ensure Hilton’s Brand Service standards are consistently practiced by all team members
  • Ensure that courteous, prompt and efficient service is given to all guests
  • Ensure that all arrival guests with flight details are paged and assisted with luggage and transportation
  • Ensure to be neatly groomed and well attired at all times whilst on duty
  • To report to Front Office Manager in the hotel over phone prior to leaving for airport to obtain necessary reports and highlights of the day
  • To meet & greet guest with limousine and after assistance is given with luggage, the airport representative to call the hotel to inform of the guest arrival
  • To bid fond farewell and thank them for staying with us
  • Participate in departmental meetings with all Front Office team
  • Ensure that standards and procedures are set and understood
  • Sell the Hotel outlets as much as possible
  • Ensure that Front Office Manager is kept informed of all developments and guest feedback
  • Ensure that consistently high standards of presentation are maintained for both department and Team Members
  • Ensure that a high standard of guest relations and service within the airport-reps is consistently maintained
  • Coordinate all limousine bookings as per policy
  • Continuous communication with Front Office Manager to ensure seamless check-in and procedures for guests
  • Ensure the well-being of all Airport-reps team members
  • To actively promote the benefits of Hilton HHonors to all guests and patrons of the Hotel, adopting a proactive sales attitude
  • Must know all Hotel products and services and actively recommend to our guests
  • Develop staff for future promotions through training, cross and continuous coaching and counseling
  • Ensure that there is a thorough hand over at the completion of each shift
  • Motivate colleagues and create a team environment through living Blue Energy
  • Any other duties assigned by Front Office Manager

  • A professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to perform in a team and autonomously
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and other languages will be beneficial
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • At least 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Good knowledge of the city
