What will I be doing?

To prepare the setup of tables and chairs for the next service period
To ensure that the items like chinaware and cutlery are clean and in good shape
To ensure that the area he is responsible for is ready for service clean and with right equipment and goods
To ensure that all the sofas and chairs are clean and drop-free before the service
To participate in Pre-Service Meetings
To actively take part in pre-service preparations
To check if the guest has a special request checking the reservation in prior, make preparations if required
To communicate effectively and professionally with other departments
To assist guests with seating taking care of their bags and coats
To present menu and wine to guests
To ensure that the details like Dessert and coffee are added to the cheque
To check that the guest has not forgotten anything while leaving
To inform Restaurant Supervisor of Guest recommendations concerning any development area
