What will I be doing?

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Managing a portfolio of accounts assigned by Director of Sales and/or National Director of Sales.

Key Account Management: To be responsible for the strategic management of accounts in the portfolio assigned and to monitor its progress with a view to meeting / exceeding the sales revenue targets.

To achieve sales targets by account, identifying trends and sales opportunities

Maintaining accurate and up to date customer records in DELPHI.

Developing productive, “Customer Focused” sales relationships with clients.

Submit in a timely manner, sales activity report and sales call plans.

To keep abreast of Hilton policies, products, systems, services to deliver superior sales service and achieve sales revenue targets.

Conduct site inspection and corporate entertainment.

Analyse performance of existing customers and monitors production and profitability.

Ensure strategic market intelligence is carried out regularly.

To perform any other sales activities as assigned by the DOS and / or NDOS.

SUMMARY

As a Sales Manager, you are required to nurture a portfolio of accounts to achieve / exceed the overall target segments for all Malaysia Hotels. This is to be carried out through marketplace penetration to increase the productivity of existing accounts as well as securing new accounts to deliver and exceed fair market share.
