Yearly salary of £34,400

What will I be doing?

  • Manage the Reception operations including check in/out procedures in a way that ensures we exceed every guest’s expectations.
  • Enhance levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement. Ensure all feedback at reception is resolved whilst ensuring all guests leave the reception desk satisfied.
  • Manage, train and develop the Reception team
  • Proactively drive sales revenues and promote hotel services through the front desk team.
  • Ensure the appearance, standards and performance of the Front Office Team is at exceptional levels at all times with an emphasis on continuous training and teamwork
  • Ensure Team Members have current knowledge of all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, local area and other general product knowledge necessary to perform their duties
  • Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics to inspire Team Members to exceed standards.
  • Ensure all equipment at the front desk is maintained and in proper order for the team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular training with the team
  • Assist other departments, as necessary, and maintain good working relationships with hotel Team Members

ELIGIBILITY

  • In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
  • Documentation is required at interview stage (for EU Nationals share code requested to check EU Settled/Pre-Settled status)
