Hilton Food and Drinks Manager in Mahe, Seychelles

About Us: Mango House LXR in the Seychelles is a haven of luxury and tranquility, known for its stunning views and exceptional service. We are seeking a dynamic Food & Drinks Manager to oversee our F&D operations, ensuring a world-class experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Food & Drinks department, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
  • Develop and implement high-quality service standards and procedures.
  • Mentor and coach the F&D team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Organize and manage administrative tasks, strategic planning, and financial oversight.
  • Build strong connections with guests, understanding and anticipating their needs to enhance their experience.
  • Foster strong team connections, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an F&D Manager in a luxury or curated service environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strategic mindset.
  • Good understanding of financial management; training can be provided.
  • Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to read and anticipate guest needs.
  • Excellent team management and communication skills.
