This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Senior Associate, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DE&I), you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the DE&I team reporting to Senior Director DE&I, you will be responsible for the support, planning and execution of Hilton's global DE&I efforts.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Support the success of seasonal and ongoing programs and initiatives based on the needs of Team Members.
  • Manage, organize, and implement all internal and external program and executive communications, and social media content.
  • Manage department inbox, maintain team calendar, support lobby page maintenance, list serves, and archived files.
  • Raise awareness of tools and resources for hotels and corporate offices and be the main point of contact for the various DE&I emails.
  • Help process department invoices and payments.
  • Ability to travel 10% domestically and internationally

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with company partners, hotel contacts, vendors, outside agencies, and other groups to achieve programs and initiatives.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Design and facilitate presentations for DE&I strategy, tools and resources, and support Team Member engagement events.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of professional experience
  • Three (3) years of experience managing projects in collaboration with multiple departments
  • Experience developing presentations and proposals for senior leadership
  • Work in the McLean, VA weekly as needed

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree or MA/MS/Master’s Degree in related field
  • Three (3) years of experience in the hospitality industry
