We are currently seeking for a

Assistant Banqueting Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Management of the banquet team
  • Responsibility for smooth running during and after the events
  • Staff planning and management in cooperation with F&B Manager
  • Optimization and implementation of the service standard at the highest level
  • Optimization of the turnover
  • Ensuring the satisfaction of our guests
  • Maintain good communication and working relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers
  • Management of employee performance issues in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
  • Recruitment, management, training and development of the banquet team

Your Profile:

  • Distinct knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector
  • Conference & Events track record, in particular the ability to generate profits, control costs and strengthen customer loyalty
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Motivation and ability to drive and lead change processes
  • Exceptional leadership qualities for a successful team
  • C&E Operations experience in a leading position in the hotel/event center
  • Passion for exceptional guest service
