Responsibilities:

  • Create exceptional Guests experiences
  • Provide and maintain a safe, happy and productive work environment
  • Work, health and safety management

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of all dining outlets within the hotel, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
  • Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.

Guest Experience and Service Excellence:

  • Ensure that guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, training staff to meet these expectations.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.

Team Management and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant and bar Team Members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Schedule shifts and manage staff performance, providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both guests and employees.

About You

  • Approved Manager
  • Strong understanding of Liquor Act and WA legislations
  • Hospitality and supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Positive team player, responsible, organized, and self- motivated
  • Patient, proactive, and ability to work under pressure
  • Enthusiastic and eager for knowledge, wanting to develop hotel/hospitality career
