A Pool Attendant is responsible for greeting and serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting and serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Confirm guest registration and distribute and track inventory of Pool towels, chairs and umbrellas
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of Pool area including, but not limited to, emptying used towel bins, collecting used towels and maintaining neat appearance of Pool towels on shelves
• Perform general Pool-related duties, as needed

A Pool Attendant serving Hilton Brand Hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• High School Graduate or equivalent required
• Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
• Intermediate English language skills
• Basic computer knowledge

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous customer service experience
