Your mission? You will focus onmaximizing profit for our shareholders and owners, execute EMEA Operations Finance innovations and projects to deliver an industry leading efficient finance organization.Your other mission; to attract and retain the best finance professionals, nurturing their growth and empowering them to thrive.
Who are you?
You are a true team-player with the ability to analyze large volume of complex financial details, have a strong desire for solving problems and aiming to excel your Finance career to the fullest!
- Ability to analyze large volume of complex financial information from many sources and create reports, forecasts, and projections
- Being able to proactively identify and prevent potential problems
- Ability to help develop problem solving skills among direct reports and other team members
- Take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement all elements required for team to fulfill responsibilities
- The desire and ability to lead and develop team members
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to develop presentations and effectively present to all levels of company, hotels & owners
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (all levels of management and external customers)
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required
