What can you expect?
The HR team consists of 3 people who will guide you together. As a Trainee, we treat you like any other Team Member. If you're curious, we'll teach you the rest!
In addition, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced and supportive environment. During this all-round internship you will support the HR team with projects related to digitalization, rules and regulations, but there are also processes that you can make your own. Such as; onboarding, career advancement and offboarding. All HR topics are passing by in our office!
Who are you?
The Hilton Rotterdam team is very diverse and international. It is therefore important that you are fluent in both Dutch and English. In addition, your friends describe you as a proactive go-getter who gets things done. You are also a team player and you thrive in a dynamic international work environment. Furthermore, you are:
- Preferably an HRM or Hotel School student
- Available from September 2024 and looking for a full-time internship of at least 5 months
- Curious, eager to learn and ready to kickstart your Hilton career!
