What will I be doing?
• Strategy formulation and execution: Assist the director in formulating and executing the strategic development plan of Hilton Garden Hotel brand in Greater China and Mongolia, including market trend analysis, competitive situation research, etc. Track and analyze market data, provide decision-making support to the director, and ensure that the brand development strategy is consistent with the overall company strategy.
• Strategic communication and coordination: Assist the director in conveying strategic intentions and goals to senior management, team members, and other stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of the strategy at all levels. Coordinate internal resources to ensure close collaboration among departments in executing strategies and achieving common goals.
• Business expansion support: Support the director's brand expansion plan in new markets, including identifying potential collaboration opportunities, analyzing market feasibility, etc. Assist in establishing and maintaining good cooperative relationships with regional teams, ensuring the smooth implementation of expansion plans while achieving personal project development targets and achieving GCM development goals.

• Project Management and Marketing: Responsible for coordinating and assisting in the execution of brand development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion, and controlling project costs and risks. Participate in developing brand promotion and marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market share.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business, finance, or economics. Advanced degrees, such as a master’s in business administration (MBA) or a master’s in strategy, are often preferred
• More than 5 years of experience in hotel industry project development or project management
• Excellent English reading and writing skills, able to handle English work documents and emails
