Hilton Cluster Sales Coordinator-Leisure (Conrad Centennial Singapore & Conrad Singapore Orchard) in Singapore, Singapore

Overview of Role

A Cluster Sales Coordinator - Leisure with Conrad Hotels and Resorts will assist and contribute to maximizing revenue by providing administrative and sales support in driving the sale of conference facility space and guest rooms of the designated industry.

What will I be doing?

As Cluster Sales Coordinator - Tours & Travel, you are responsible for working closely with Cluster Director of Sales and the sales team to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

-Fully support administrative, customer service and sales lead development for future and repeat business

-Assist to handle enquiries

-Responsible for initiating the preparation of proposals, contracts, opening files andpro-forma invoices

-To advise prospective customers primarily of the hotel guest rooms and meeting room and/or banquet date, space and rate availability

-Maximize all guest rooms, meeting rooms revenue opportunities

-Cold Calling / Telemarketing

-Accurate data entry of group and meeting enquiries using Delphi FDC

-Ensure proper rate loading entry standards in OnQPM

-Prepare monthly production reports/update in individual accounts or respective recipients

-Raise / preparation / printing of vouchers (complimentary stays, sponsorships, voucher sale etc

-Prepare sales kits and ensure proper show rooms ready for site inspections

-Inventory check for Tours & Travel collateral and give-away

-Assist Cluster Assistant Director of Sales/ Cluster Senior Sales Manager/ Cluster Sales Manager - Tours & Travel on preparation of reports/collateral/data input for overseas tradeshow/and or sales calls

-Attends scheduled meeting to support business operations, such as daily morning briefings, weekly sales departmental meeting, group pick up meeting and take minutes on rotational basis/ when required

-Assists with special projects assigned by the management

-Maintain a high degree of confidentiality on department’s classified information. Understand the Code of Conduct Policy, Global Anti-Trust and Information Security and Privacy Training

-Participation in departmental communication meetings and nominate training session and take responsibility for personal development

-Ensure telephone coverage in the office at all times and assist any incoming calls from internal and external guests with their requests promptly

-Keep work area clean and organized

-Work effectively to build relationships with colleagues in the other departments (eg, Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance, F&B etc)

-Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by the management
