Hilton Pools Supervisor in St. Pauls Bay, Malta
DoubleTree by Hilton Malta is current seeking to recruit a Pools Supervisor.
The following duties will be required for this position:
Supervise Pool Operations : Ensure the smooth operation of our indoor and outdoor pools, gym, and related facilities, maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness
Guest Experience : Greet guests with a warm smile and assist them with poolside amenities, ensuring their stay is both enjoyable and memorable
Safety & Compliance : Oversee lifeguard activities, enforce pool rules, and maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
Maintenance Oversight : Coordinate daily maintenance schedules, including water quality testing and pool equipment inspections, ensuring our facilities are pristine and inviting.
Team Leadership : Train and manage a dynamic team of pool staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
Event Coordination : Assist with planning and executing poolside events and activities, adding an extra touch of magic to our guests' stay.
The selected candidate would have previous experience in pools operation, have an outgoing personality and charisma and a proven positive approach to Guests and Team Members.
