Hilton Sommelier (Full Time) in Sydney, Australia
As Sommelier at glass brasserie, you will enjoy creating unique wine experiences for our guests. Alongside the Head Sommelier, you will be responsible for the operation of the wine list and maintaining high service standards. glass brasserie is located steps from Town Hall station with spectacular views of the QVB and an award winning wine selection featuring more than 900 individual labels.
