Position Summary:

The Global Brand Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton's portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive business results.

Within the Global Brand Marketing team, the Full Service Brand Marketing team leads marketing strategy for an exciting portfolio of brands: Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton, Curio Collection, and Tapestry Collection. The Senior Manager of Full Service Brand Marketing for EMEA (based in our Watford, UK office) will report to the EMEA based Director of Brand Strategy for Full Service Brand Marketing. In this role you will contribute to the success of the Full Service strategy team by developing and executing marketing strategy and activities that drive brand health and commercial performance for the category in EMEA.

Through a deep understanding of consumer insights and business results, you will contribute to developing and refining brand positioning, marketing strategy and integrated marketing plans. Additionally, you will partner with our Global Centers of Excellence to build above the line and below the line marketing strategies from creative development and execution to media planning and social media. These strategies will not only drive revenue, market share, as well as brand love and loyalty among existing target consumers, but also cultivate emerging traveller segments. What will I be doing?

•Work with the EMEA Director of Brand Strategy and the Global Brand Marketing team to contribute regional knowledge into the brand positioning, global marketing planning activities, and campaigns.

•Develop and implement marketing plans, strategies and tactics, both long term and short term to help achieve the Brand and Region commercial goals.

•In conjunction with media, social and PR Centers of Excellence, create a high-impact campaigns in region all in service of driving business results and brand love.

•Work with the EMEA leadership team in-region to understand and address commercial performance goals for the brands and the business

•Identify core research, analytics, and metrics to inform consumer insights, drive efficiency of marketing executions, and develop strong, engaging creative

•Manage creative agencies of record to ensure positive relationships and facilitate groundbreaking, world-class work

•Monitor success and opportunities for improvement in a test-and-learn environment to improve return on investment

•Manage and assist the Regional Partnership team in executing Brand level partnerships and activations s that ladder up to the Brand strategies.

•Design high-impact marquee hotel openings for the brand in region, working with regional PR partners and senior leadership

•Collaborate with key partners, and actively manage stakeholders up, down, and diagonally across the enterprise, with a focus on Owners, Regional Leadership, Category and Global Brand Heads, and Brand Performance Support

•Manage the regional brand marketing budget, including ratio of working to non-working dollars and monthly/quarterly forecasting and actuals reconciliation

•Provide support where required to hotels in regards to marketing support, materials (collateral, templates, etc.) and consultation on local or regional plans.

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications or related field or equivalent

•Significant experience in corporate marketing or advertising agency roles

•20% travel time both domestically/in-region and internationally; must have, or be able to obtain, all necessary documents to travel internationally as needed

•Experience with omni-channel integrated marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

•MBA in Marketing or related field

•Significant experience in corporate marketing or advertising agency roles

•Hospitality experience

•Multi-lingual

•Knowledge of franchise organisations
